STANDARD SHIPPING UPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL

Items will be shipped First Class International Mail through the United States Postal Service. Transit times can vary GREATLY. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have a declared value of the purchase price on the customs forms. Government regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as gifts.

CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES / VAT

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, VAT, customs duties and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Please do not confuse these potential fees as additional charges from Soul Creek Jewelry, we do not have any control over your country’s customs import policies. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE IMPORT COST PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

The tracking numbers provided only show where the package is while in the USA. Once they leave US Customs, the tracking number will no longer be updated.
