Returns/Exchanges

Returns

We are glad to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Once your item is received it can take up to a week to process and refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We are glad to offer an exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery. There will be a $5.00 processing fee for this service.

Authorization

Please contact us prior to sending a return or exchange back for authorization and detailed instructions. After receiving the authorization, the item must be mailed within 10 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the item must be received in its original condition.

Personalized items will be handled on a case by case basis.
